**Billing Coordinator Job Profile**

**Job Title: Billing Coordinator**

**Location: Mississauga, ON**

**Employment Status: Full Time, Permanent**

**Reporting to: Billing Manager & Controller**

**Position Overview**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, and credit memos
- Respond to customer inquiries, issues and maintain excellence of service to existing and new customers
- Create reports for daily and monthly invoices and reconciliations
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of billing
- Work closely with other Accounting Division members to maintain the integrity of all financial operations
- Communicate with the US corporate stores for any concerns and follow up with customers
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures

**Qualifications & Experience**
- College or University degree in Business Administration or Accounting
- 2+ years’ experience with billing and invoicing in a high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Accurate data entry and math skills
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping would be an asset
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Ability to complete multiple overlapping projects

**Technical Skills**:

- 2+ years working with Great Plains is a must
- Strong computer skills - Excel, Word, Outlook
