**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Create and schedule social media content on all Q1 Aviation online platform - currently LinkedIn and Facebook. Occasional travel with aircraft technicians at the customers’ hangar for social media content
- Produce short videos using video editing software - i.e., iMovie or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Troubleshoot company website when needed
- Prepare Google Analytics quarterly reports, monthly Google Ads, and update company’s My Google Business information
- Drive SEO growth by developing content strategies, planning, executing, and optimizing on-page website content and landing pages
- Plan and manage aviation conferences and tradeshows by identifying and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
- Coordinate logistics of devices and materials - shipping, tracking, etc., and staff travel and accommodations
- Organize teambuilding and holiday events for the entire Q1 Aviation employees
- Maintain list and inventory of sales support marketing materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed.
- Negotiate and source suppliers for various marketing activities or materials
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing management team.
- Update customer management systems and ensure that database is current and accurate
- Ensure all customers’ demands are met to maintain strong and long-term relationship

**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in order to effectively interact with all levels of staff from different departments effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in order to prioritize workload according to business demands.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite - Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat
- Strong front
- and back-end knowledge of a WordPress website
- Knowledge on Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google MyBusiness

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
