Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Maintain confidential company files and documents
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams for scheduling
- Strong administrative skills with experience in Jotform
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls professionally
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Fast and accurate typing skills for efficient data entry
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
