Executive Assistant to CEO

BG Wealth Group is a Canadian real estate investment and financial consultancy firm with 3 offices in the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in the evaluation, acquisition, development, transformation, and management of real estate assets.
**About the Position**
This position requires on-site work at 2 different offices in the GTA on a flexible basis, 3 days per week.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide executive-level support to the CEO
- Play a key role in day-to-day coordination of the CEO’s office
- Determine the relative importance of competing priorities
- Discern which priorities and inquiries need to be brought to the CEO’s attention
- Manage calendars, book appointments, vidconferencence calls, arrange travel, and record minutes of meetings for the CEO.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and prepare meeting documents
- Ensure meeting agendas and materials are developed and distributed
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the group of companies to obtain the necessary information to answer incoming inquiries, and respond in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients on behalf othe f CEO
- Provide general administrative support, including occasional bookkeeping and banking communication.
- Manage business and personal accounts for the CEO
- Assist with organizing staff events and executive meetings
- Ensure that documentation is accurate, accessible and filed correctly
- Demonstrate sound judgment in confidential and sensitive matters
Qualifications:
- Combination of education and experience, with demonstrated success in executive-level administration
- Exemplary English-language oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience working with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience working with the Egnyte Platform a strong asset
- Experience editing PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Comfortable in the use of the internet as an information/research tool
- Strong organizationa skills in a group of companies environment
- Strong ability to synthesize information and prepare concise presentations
- Familiarity with the business use of social networking technology like Slack
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping practices
