Rent It Furnished, the leading provider of Luxury Rental Properties and Full Property Management Services across Canada, is expanding its leasing and team in Montreal. We are currently looking for exceptional and sales driven junior agents to join our leasing and real estate sales teams. A real estate license is not required, however, those newly licensed or working towards their licensing will be preferred for this role.
This role supports a licensed, senior agent with all things related to sales. You will be responding to leads, meeting with clients, showing beautiful and sometimes very exclusive residences and assisting in the leasing and sales processes of your team. This is a very fast paced, exciting position with consistent lead flow, a large book of existing business and lucrative compensation structure.

**What you will be doing**:
- You will be supporting the sales efforts and portfolio of an experienced, successful and well-established Senior Agent (Leasing and Sales) with a well-developed client base and fast moving business.
- You are expected to contribute to the monthly sales targets by assisting your senior agent in the rental of property, bringing on new listings, facilitating lease-ups and with the sale of property management services to our clients.
- Your role will include business development activities including the cultivating of your own leads, cold calling, referral management and social media engagement
- You will be working with and showing rental properties to buyers and tenants for long
- and short-term rentals and assisting in the administration of these deals.

- You will be paid uncapped commissions and bonuses on all sales conducted by your team.
Your first-year income expectations are $40,000 - $75,000
