As a member of the AR team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability and success of our organization. Your commitment to accuracy, outstanding customer service nd proactive collection efforts will contribute to maintaining a healthy cash flow and building strong relationships with our customers.

**Responsibilities**
- _Invoice Generation_: generate and distribute accurate invoices to customers based on sales contracts, service agreements or purchase orders; ensure invoices are issued in a timely manner, including accurate calculation of fees, taxes and discounts
- _Collections_: proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices; follow up with customers regarding overdue balances, addressing inquires and providing information for prompt resolution; work towards resolving payment issues and negotiating payment plans when required;
- _Reporting and Analysis: _Prepare regular reports on AR status, including daily aging reports and outstanding receivables report; collaboration with other departments to resolve any customer disputes or customer inquiries; assist with preparation of a daily cash report, involving AR, and send to appropriate individuals.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Certificate or diploma in accounting, finance or related field is preferred
- Proven experience working within an Accounts Receivable or similar department
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and other Falkers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

**Important Information**
- This is a full time, in office role (not remote)
- Reliable Transportation is required
