**About Us**:
At Firefly Solar, we are a dynamic and growing solar company that prides itself on providing excellent products/services to our clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking to add a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to our team. If you have experience in QuickBooks Online and invoice creation, we would love to hear from you

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and send accurate invoices to clients using QuickBooks Online
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely payment collection
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
- Work with clients to address billing inquiries, discrepancies, and payment issues
- Maintain and update customer records in QuickBooks Online
- Process credit memos, refunds, and adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper allocation of payments
- Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports for management
- Assist with month-end closing and other financial reporting tasks
- Ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online (experience with invoicing and payment processing is a must)
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $17.35-$20.00 per hour
