**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Accounts Receivable Management**: Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments across all regions.
- **Invoicing**: Generate, review, and distribute invoices accurately and promptly to clients, ensuring clarity and compliance with contractual terms.
- **Collections**: Proactively follow up with clients for timely payment and address any billing or payment inquiries to minimize aged receivables.
- **Dispute Resolution**: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes, facilitating quick resolution while maintaining positive client relationships.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular accounts receivable reports, including aging reports, and present collection status updates to management.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements in accounts receivable processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and financial laws across all relevant regions.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and finance teams to streamline the accounts receivable process and improve customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, ideally within the financial services or digital lead generation industries.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, invoicing, and collections best practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems; experience with [mention any specific software your company uses, e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Salesforce].
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients professionally and handle sensitive financial matters.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in Canada, the USA, and the UK is an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$53,167.00 per year
