As the **Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a Real Estate company,** you will be responsible for overseeing financial activities of the company and providing strategic financial guidance.
- Responsible for overall financial controls of Budgeting, accounting, Compliance and Taxation.
- Financing, mortgages and loans
- Anchor the project feasibility sign off process and continuously monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances.
- Complete in charge of Finance & Accounts till finalization and audit sign off
- Ensure 100% statutory compliance including Audit, Taxation and statutory compliance.
- Proactive profit planning for the entire group and guide the management on key milestones to be achieved.
- Streamlining of process to ensure adequate financial controls and zero leakage.
- Oversee and recommend on; Investment strategies for Stocks and Bonds.
- Participate in meetings as a member of the executive management team.

**Qualification**:

- CA with 10-20 years of experience with a Minimum of 5 years in Real Estate Finance
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive role
- Ability to negotiate and make sound business decisions
- Strong background in corporate finance, financial services, Taxation and accounting principles
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication in both English and French
- Capacity to work with multiple stakeholders in high growth environment and deliver results.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Reporting to CEO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $71,770.32-$172,084.03 per year
