**Role**: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) **Location**: USA or Canada (Main office in Montreal, Canada) **Reports to**: Daniel Schacter - CEO **About Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP)**: **The Role**: As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of CPP's financial operations, with a particular focus on driving growth through strategic and financial-focused decision-making. In this role, the CFO will be responsible for helping shape the strategic direction of CPP, guiding the executive and board team through financial decision-making, and leading company fundraising activities. You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing financial insights and analysis to inform critical business decisions. **Key Responsibilities**: - Financial Operations: Oversee all aspects of CPP's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls. - Fundraising: Lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies to secure capital for the company's growth initiatives, including equity and debt financing. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and financial institutions. - Board Management: Prepare and present financial information to the Board of Directors, ensuring clear and concise communication of the company's financial performance and strategic direction.
