**Mission**:As our CFO, you'll be the visionary leader guiding our financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success. You’ll foster a culture of excellence and integrity within the finance team while driving transformational change across the organization. By leveraging advanced technologies and strategic relationships, you'll enhance our financial health, enabling us to seize new opportunities and maximize shareholder value. Your leadership will be key to navigating the complexities of today’s financial landscape, ensuring that every decision propels us closer to our ambitious goals.

**What you'll do as our CFO**:

- Financial Leadership:_
- Shape and execute the financial strategy to support long-term goals.
- Partner with the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors to set overall business strategy, focusing on sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
- Foster collaboration, efficiency, ethical behavior, and accountability across the organization.
- Implement and optimize finance operations processes with automation and AI.
- Influence business operations, contribute to major decisions, and drive organizational transformation.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Lead with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to company values and long-term vision.
- Financial Planning & Reporting:_
- Oversee financial health, capital structure, liquidity, and risk management.
- Conduct forecasting and sensitivity analysis for cash movements and earnings projections.
- Refine financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Manage complex global financial operations and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Develop financial policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Strategic Financial Relationships:_
- Act as the primary spokesperson for financial performance to the investment community.
- Lead capital-raising initiatives and manage investor relations.
- Play a pivotal role in M&A strategy and negotiations, ensuring seamless integration.
- Explore joint ventures, strategic alliances, and divestitures.
- Work with legal advisors on financing and potential litigation.
- Collaborate with business units on corporate development activities and strategic goals.
- Conduct financial assessments of acquisition targets.
- Compliance & Risk Management:_
- Review contract clauses and make recommendations to minimize risk.
- Develop a risk management framework covering financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and lead financial audits and regulatory reviews.
- Oversee internal controls and audit processes for financial data accuracy.
- Technology & Innovation:_
- Champion advanced technologies and analytics to transform financial operations and drive efficiency.
- Use data analytics and business intelligence tools to improve financial decision-making.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s in Business or Finance is a plus.
- CPA or CFA certification.
- 15+ years of experience in senior financial roles, with 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in a scale-up organization.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, business transformation, and driving growth.
- Experience in capital market transactions, secondary offerings, and M&A activities.
- Deep understanding of global financial operations, compliance, and multi-currency management.
- Expertise in M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and integration.
- Experience in payments and fintech services is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and French, with excellent communication and presentation skills (as Connect&GO operates globally, you will be required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both English and French).
- Proven ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
