This restaurant consists of a full Sushi Bar and Open Concept kitchen, consisting of professional and reliable teammates.

Masaki Sushi is looking for **Line Cooks** and **Prep Cooks** who have experience with Japanese Cuisine

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
- Preparing food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, filleting fish, or preparing soup, stock and sauces)
- Cooking and preparing menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team.
- Answer, report and follow Executive Chef’s instructions.
- Clean up station.
- Stock inventory appropriately.
- Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
- 2+ years experience working in a Japanese dining facility preparing sushi, sashimi and teppanyaki.

**Salary**: $16.15-$19.62 per hour
