As **Prep Cook **you will ensure that food items are pre-cooked to be sure services runs as smoothly as possible. To do this, you will set up cooking stations in conjunction with the different levels of cooking prior to beginning service. The role of Kitchen Prep is vital in ensuring that kitchen operations run as smooth as possible
- 1-2 years work experience in a kitchen or similar environment.
- Excellent eye-hand coordination.
- Current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate.
- Fine motor skills for cutting, chopping and arranging of meals on plates.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
