**What to expect**:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the effective management of information technology used by all company employees. You will configure the workstations, perform first and second line support and follow up on requests from employees. You will also have to proceed with the installation of hardware components and software on the workstations and ensure the proper functioning of the computer equipment.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Participate in sorting and prioritizing support requests;
- Perform level 1 and 2 support for all enterprise systems (e.g., Office 365, Aircall, etc.);
- Solve problems related to operating systems and software installed on workstations;
- Provide support to employees in the use of the computer tools made available to them;
- Create and keep technical documentation up to date (e.g., in connection with computer tools);
- Resolve anomalies or breakdowns in the operation of office equipment (e.g., audio-visual equipment) and provide solutions to ensure optimal operation and use;
- Responsible for keeping inventory of Office equipment to the best of your ability.
- Collaborate with system administrators in the management of the network and computer equipment;
- Participate in IT projects.
- Take charge of the employees’ onboarding and offboarding processes.

**What we want from you**:

- College diploma (DEC) in information technology or equivalent;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- In-depth knowledge of the operation of Microsoft Windows workstations and the Microsoft Office suite;
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory;
- Basic knowledge of networking (network switch, firewall);
- Knowledge of Powershell is considered an asset;
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
- Sense of organization and priority management;
- Team spirit;
- Quick leaner.
- Initiative and autonomy;
- Attention to detail and rigor;
- Good written and verbal communication;
- Bilingual, both spoken and written (French and English).
