We are currently looking for a POS Specialist Computer Technician for one of our clients located on the North Shore.**
**YOUR MISSIONS**:

- Operate various POS systems to update menus, promotions, and standard restaurant configurations.
- Provide connectivity to allow downloading of data from franchisee POS systems.
- Train restaurateurs and staff on the operation of POS systems and reporting tools.
- Test and recommend new technologies related to POS and restaurants.
- Link between IT suppliers and restaurant operators.
- Produce reports from the data collected, at the request of the various departments.
- Undertake any other related task as requested by management.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Experience in the restaurant sector, ideally with a POS menu programming system (example: Maître'D, Veloce, Vivonet, Cluster)
- Experience in customer support and/or training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Team spirit and willingness to support people from different departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software
- Bilingualism is required (French and English)
- Computer experience and skills are an asset
