**Infini Health Clinic Office Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support and design clinical workflows and the delivery of patient care.
- Ensure all key operations are executed in an efficient manner.
- Liaise with clinical staff, administrators and physicians on clinical operations to maintain optimum practice and performance
- Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic’s budget.
- Monitor suppliers to ensure efficient and effective goods or services.
- Oversee the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
- Hire, train and supervise employees and complete routine performance reviews
- Mentor and coach employees for professional growth and development.
- Update and create new policies and procedures.
- Continually participate in building and maintaining positive working relationships through effective communication and teamwork.
- Ensure the healthcare facility is following provincial and federal healthcare regulations.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for all individuals.
- Monitor and positively affect employee morale while developing and promoting the Infini Health culture.
- Ensure proficient daily workflow within the clinic and procedure suites.
- Assist with medical inventory for supplies and equipment.
- Provide a supportive role to physicians.
- Confirm patient information and obtain consent prior to medical procedures.
- Answer relevant patient inquiries.
- Assist in procedures.
- Transfer ambulatory patients from the pre and post procedure suites.
- Discharge patients with appropriate post-procedure instructions.
- Medication preparation and administration.
- Coordinate patient care and medical referrals.
- Respect sensitive and confidential information.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- 5+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
- 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
- Must be customer service oriented and prepared to communicate with patients, their families and other care providers
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed
- Consistently maintain confidentiality and demonstrate good judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Ontario.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Experience with EMR, Microsoft Suites, and general proficiency in medical software.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience with medication management.
- Phlebotomy
- Communicates with others in an effective, compassionate and supportive manner.
- Professionalism for medical standards.
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Ontario. (preferred)
