**Position Overview**

As a Project Coordinator at Metro Roofing and Sheet Metal Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and timely execution of roofing projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate all aspects of project delivery, from planning through to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning & Coordination**:

- Assist in the preparation of project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are obtained and maintained.
- **Communication & Reporting**:

- Serve as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- **Site Coordination & Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Support quality control efforts to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications.
- **Budget & Schedule Management**:

- Monitor project budgets and schedules to identify and address potential issues.
- Assist in the preparation of final project documentation and closeout reports.

**Qualifications**
- **Education & Experience**:

- Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination within the construction or roofing industry.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and safety standards is an asset.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and company policies.

- Between $50,000 to $70,000 annually depending on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
