- Manage and maintain sales data and records
- Coordinate paperwork for outside locations
- General Sales Administration
- Coordinate and work with logistics for shipping of trailers
- Reception back up as needed
- Communication with all other departments to ensure the timely and prompt pick up scheduling of trailers at outside locations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
