**Position Overview**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate **Inside Sales Representative** to join our high-energy team. This role is perfect for a hungry, go-getter personality who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping customers find the perfect trailer for their needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Qualify incoming leads and build strong relationships with prospective customers
- Coordinate and assist with trailer hook-ups and ensure safe, professional delivery
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service
- Conduct proactive follow-up calls to qualify prospects and build lasting customer relationships
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and other sales tools

- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment and independently
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
- Previous sales experience (automotive, trailer, or similar industry) is an asset
- Mechanical aptitude or comfort with trailer hook-ups is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
