You’ll work at the center of a national network, helping every Sutton office elevate its online presence, modernize its marketing, and amplify the stories that make their communities unique. You’ll be the bridge between corporate strategy and local creativity, empowering professionals, franchise owners, and agents to use our marketing tools confidently and effectively.

Marketing Specialist
Part-Time, 3 days a week, with potential to transition to full-time.
Location: Vancouver, in the office.
Pay: $33,000 - $50,000 per year to start.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer**What You’ll Do**
**Lead**campaigns that position Sutton professionals as lifelong fiduciary advisors and move the brand beyond transactions.
**Elevate** our digital platforms through compelling strategies for Sutton, Sutton Wealth, and Cornerstone.
**Empower** professionals with workshops, toolkits, and training that make marketing accessible and practical.
**Build** community through events, seminars, and town halls that strengthen connections across the network.
**Oversee**content creation across digital, social, and print, ensuring consistency with Sutton’s homeowner-centric voice.
**Measure** impact with data-driven insights, tracking real outcomes instead of vanity metrics.**What You Bring**
**3 to 5 years of experience** in marketing and communications.
**Proven success managing social media platforms** for a brand, organization, or public figure.
**Experience developing and executing content strategies** that build engagement and community.
**Working knowledge of website management, SEO fundamentals, digital advertising, and AI & Conversational Discovery Optimization.**
**Strong writing and storytelling skills**with attention to detail and brand consistency.
**Confidence working independently** while collaborating across multiple offices and time zones.
**Expertise with marketing platforms and analytics** tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, Bing) is essential.**Success in Your First Year**
