**Marketing Specialist - Full Time**

Location: Vancouver, BC

Our team is currently looking for a dynamic and energetic individual for the full-time role of **Marketing Specialist. **This person will be based in Vancouver, reporting to the Creative Brand Director.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing the implementation of key marketing initiatives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor brand and product performance in both retail and hospitality channels
- by each liquor board jurisdiction
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team in the identification and evaluation of
- promotional opportunities to support sales and brand activations
- Analyze partnerships and provide recommendations for improvement where
- necessary
- Manage social media content calendar, execution and analysis
- Identify influencer opportunities among target audience and manage logistics with
- influencers or ambassadors
- Assist with event management and community outreach.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in business or marketing
- Ability to work both independently & as part of cross-functional teams
- Strong communication & priority setting skills
- Understanding of Canadian beverage Alcohol Industry: regulatory environment,
- Marketing compliance and guidelines
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Outlook and Adobe Suite
- Ability to adapt strategies, plans and thrive in competitive environments
- Vehicle is required
- Must be able to travel if needed
