**Title: Service Administrator**

Do you have superior organizational and multitasking skills and would thrive in a very fast-paced, customer focused role? Come join the YIT Team. Our Service Administrator receives and distribute work orders for a team of Road Service Technicians as well as schedule, coordinate and tracks activities within the Service and Parts departments. They also provide backup support for all departmental functions to ensure our customers receive excellent quality and timely service.

Job Duties:

- Scheduling service for a large in-house fleet customer
- Communicating effectively with peers, internal and external customers on the status of service work and all other related items
- Inputting the technicians time daily onto the work orders in the system as required for work order completion and payroll
- Ability and desire to ensure vehicles are repaired correctly the first time
- Ability to estimate time of service or repair job for purposes of efficient scheduling
- Knowledge of parts requirements to complete a job, and ability to communicate parts
- requirements via repair orders
- Completing and invoicing service orders in a timely manner
- Inputting invoices into various customers systems/portals are required
- Inbound calls from customers regarding service invoice issues and resolution of complaints
- Providing assistance to our dispatch office to take customer calls as backup
- Knowledge and experience in Excel and other computers skills are a MUST
- Excellent communication skills and follow up on requests and task are a MUST
- Provide support and assistance on other tasks as they arise

**Skills**:

- High School Diploma
- College or additional certification is a definite asset
- English fluency and effective verbal and writing communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Superior organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Experience in a similar position is an asset
- Strong technical and mechanical background in the automotive or forklift industry is an asset
- Language Skills - Intermediate: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Mathematical Skills - Basic: Ability to add and subtract

**Physical Demands/Work Environment**:

- Physical/Sensory Functions: Regularly will use hands, reach with hands; Frequently will talk/hear; sit, occasionally will climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

- Planifier le service pour un grand client de la flotte interne.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les collègues, les clients internes et externes sur l'état des travaux d'entretien et tous les autres éléments connexes.
- Saisir quotidiennement les heures de travail des techniciens sur les bons de travail dans le système, tel que requis pour l'achèvement des bons de travail et la paie.
- Capacité et désir de s'assurer que les véhicules sont réparés correctement dès la première fois.
- Capacité d'estimer la durée des travaux d'entretien ou de réparation afin d'établir un calendrier efficace.
- Connaissance des pièces nécessaires à l'exécution d'un travail et capacité à communiquer les besoins en pièces par le biais des ordres de réparation
