Kichton Contracting Ltd (KCL) has been in business since 1963 and is based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. KCL is classified as a medium sized civil earthworks contractor. Our work ranges from residential earthworks, commercial site development to industrial projects. Our services include grading design for all types of new commercial and industrial sites along with retrofitting existing sites to accommodate new site development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage job postings and screen applicants
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment and onboarding policies and procedures
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and support targeted recruitment strategies
- Perform other related duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administration is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and onboarding is an asset
