We are seeking a **Recruitment Coordinator** to support our Human Resources team by focusing on supporting the staff recruitment requirements of NACG’s companies. This position will be an all star in filling multiple site vacancies by providing recruitment support to the business, assisting primarily with union craft recruitment activities and responding to general human-resources related inquiries. This is a great opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment while handling multiple priorities and who enjoys working with a high performing and innovative team while making an impact.

**This is a temporary position until July 2026, with immediate access to benefits.**

**Salary**: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per annum

**Responsibilities**:
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Participate in the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
- Develop an understanding of current and future manpower needs, research best practices and emerging trends and anticipate and react to shortages.
- When required, design and place employment advertisements, post jobs, follow-up on employee referrals, research organizations or retain search firms as appropriate.
- Explain job duties/responsibilities, compensation and benefit programs, work schedule or special conditions, career and advancement opportunities and related information.
- Set-up onboarding of new hires.
- Represent the company at talent management or human resources-related events.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities which provide human resources support to the business.

**Qualifications**:
**What Makes You the ONE**
- University Degree in human resources or College Diploma in human resources-related field preferred.
- One to two years’ experience related to recruitment and selection of similar positions.
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Industry experience considered an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection practices and theories.
- Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, learning and motivation.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees and managers.
- Service and results-oriented; proactive approach to recruiting and projects.
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office suite.

**Summary**:
