**Title: Front Desk (Receptionist)**

Location: Finch Ave W & Nor finch Dr.

**Salary**: $17-19/Hour

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Employment type: Full-Time

**Responsibilities**
- Multi-tasking, able to handle front desk and act as a secretary to Manager.
- Act as a social media handler (when required)
- To produce correspondence and documents and to maintain records, spreadsheets

and databases.
- Devising and maintaining office systems.
- Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts..
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
- Scheduling and attending meetings, creating agendas and taking minutes
- Keeping diaries and arranging appointments
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper-level staff
- Answering and forwarding phone calls

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, handling social media.
- Letter writing/Drafting (40WPM typing speed)
- Common Office Administrator Job Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and flexible
- Good Editing skills will be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Secretary: 2 years (preferred)
- Office admin: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
