Join our dynamic team as Front Desk Office Administrator. This position provides administrative support for real estate associates, clients and the management team.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer main office phone line, respond to client inquiries, transfer calls
- Greet visitors, collect and manage mails, courier drop-offs and pick-ups
- Manage key drop off and pick up
- Upload listing onto MLS system, maintain listings and process amendments
- Document retrievals from MyLTSA and BCOnline
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Assist with the transition activities related to the real estate associates
- Coordinate bookings of boardrooms and setup for meetings
- Support banking and accounting duties
- Prepare office and marketing publications
- Support real estate associates in administrative tasks
- Support management team in administrative tasks

**Qualifications**
- Previous customer service / receptionist experience is required
- Previous real estate experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in spoken and written English, other languages will be an asset
