Required Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a reception/administrative position.
- Ambitious professional who believes in providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Superior communication skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization ability.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor always.
- Effectively collaborate in a team atmosphere.
- Flexible, ability to deal with a variety of people effectively.
- Motivated
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and exceptional attendance record
- Proficient with Excel
- Accounts Payable / Receivable experience considered an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities**:Provides administrative support and data entry for Executive, Accounting and Customer Service Departments.**
- Schedule appointments and coordinates with clients.
- Daily interaction with all departments, reporting back to the company President.
- Daily input of invoices.
- Runs weekly disbursement cheques for accounts payable items.
- Inventory Control and Maintenance.
- Answers and forwards phone calls.
- Filing as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $41,600.00 per year
