Lead Generation Specialist

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Knock on potential customers doors and introduce Milani's solar panel solutions.
- Engage homeowners with a brief, informative pitch about the benefits of solar energy.
- Identify and qualify interested homeowners by asking key questions.
- Record accurate contact information and notes for follow up.
- Represent Milani in a positive, professional way.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Background in customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with market trends and sales strategies that drive lead generation efforts.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $45,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
