**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the logistics operations within our distribution center. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient transportation management and process improvement, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain.

**Duties**
- Oversee daily logistics operations within the distribution center, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Utilize transportation management systems to coordinate shipments and monitor transportation activities.
- Analyze data related to logistics performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms for transportation services.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in logistics operations.
- Develop transportation planning strategies to optimize routes and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on logistics goals and objectives.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of logistics principles, including distribution center operations and transportation management.
- Proficient in data analysis skills to evaluate logistics performance metrics effectively.
- Experience with transportation management systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $50,142.00-$62,697.00 per year
