**What to Expect**

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Technical Project Manager to join our team and help build the next generation of high-speed, automated manufacturing equipment that powers Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. In this role, you’ll lead complex, cross-functional projects from concept through build—owning every detail from scope and schedule to budget and execution. You’ll collaborate with world-class engineers and technicians to bring cutting-edge automation to life, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence at every stage.

**What You'll Do**
- Drive end-to-end execution of machine development and build projects from concept through production handover
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Serve as the key liaison across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Coordinate internal and external reviews including FMEA, risk assessments, and project milestones
- Oversee equipment procurement, logistics, and installation activities including Site Acceptance Testing
- Monitor and report on project performance, proactively addressing risks to cost, schedule, and quality
- Support compliance, documentation, and system package preparation for all machine builds

**What You'll Bring**
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- 4+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or automation environments
- Strong understanding of machine build processes and automated equipment systems including robotics, vision, conveyors, PLCs, and HMIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and the full Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, eDrawings, and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills with flexibility to travel internationally
