We are looking for a highly organized medical office assistant who has a demonstrated ability to multitask, great attention to detail and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work daytime and Saturday shifts as required

40 hours per week.
- Knowledge of PSS EMR is a must.
- Medical terminology knowledge.
- Ability to perform lab technician / phlebotomist duties an asset.
- Strong drive and proven track record for patient satisfaction.
- Consistent attention to detail, organization and able to be proactive in anticipating client and office needs.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- College diploma or degree in Office Administration or equivalent an asset.

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.81 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Medical office: 2 years (required)
