Warranty Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Process warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Perform data entry tasks related to warranty claims into our computerized system.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their warranty inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all warranty claims and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues related to warranty claims.
- Assist in the development of warranty policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide front desk support when necessary, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred, particularly in a medical office or as a dental receptionist ect.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing support and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in customer support roles is a plus but not required.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
