SilverLine Exterior Solutions is a fast-growing exterior renovation company specializing in vinyl windows, exterior doors, and siding. Our window manufacturing facility is located in Port Coquitlam, and we provide professional installation services to customers throughout the Greater Vancouver area. This role is a **key front-facing position**and is often the first point of contact for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Customer Service & Sales Support**
- Provide basic product information and support customers at the early stage of the sales process
- Assist in converting enquiries into qualified sales opportunities

**Office Administration & Coordination**
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and related documentation
- Update CRM and order databases and maintain organized filing systems
- Prepare basic weekly administrative and sales-support reports

**Warranty, Service & Customer Care**
- Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve minor issues when possible
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner

**Accounting & Office Support**
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Assist with payroll preparation
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and customer follow-ups
- Provide general administrative support to staff and colleagues as needed

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset with a high level of responsibility
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in construction, renovation, or building materials is an asset
- English and Mandarin bilingual skills are an asset

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
