**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.

2. **Student Services**:

- Assist in the enrollment and registration process for new students.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide information and support to students regarding courses, schedules, and policies.

5. **Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact between students, instructors, and management.
- Draft and distribute communication materials, including newsletters and announcements.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.

6. **General Office Duties**:

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
