- **Job Summary**_

**What you’ll be doing**
- Preparation of customer order processing and customer requirements
- Preparation of shipping documentation as required
- Follow-up with customers within the agreed time frame and meet all commitments
- Accurately and efficiently capture data within the relevant systems
- Ability to multitask, manage and prioritize several responsibilities concurrently.
- Additional responsibilities as directed by the Administration Manager.

**What You Bring**
- Must possess good typing skills with speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in English communication both oral and written.
- Computer and administrative skills; preferably experience using industry specific MRP/ERP system.
- General Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Effectively communicate with customers and associates
- Ability to learn and function in a team environment
- Experience in customer service roles/ responsibilities is an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 2C7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Support & Client Services Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: Up to $42,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
