**Job Opportunity: Part-Time Customer Service Representative at Rugcutterz Danz Artz**

Are you passionate about dance and committed to delivering excellent customer service? Rugcutterz Danz Artz is looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our mission is to provide the best dance education in a positive, encouraging, and fun environment.

**Your Role**: As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our students and their families. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters our studio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients, students, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage student pick-up, oversee parking lot activities, and assist students as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in studios, washrooms, change rooms, and lunchrooms.
- Handle payments and assist the accounting department as required.
- Host birthday parties and other special events.

**Daily Procedures**:

- Throughout the Day: Keep the studio clean, answer inquiries, manage registrations, and assist with any tasks from management.
- Closing: Complete end-of-day tasks, clean the studio, and ensure all areas are secure.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and special events.
