EcoTech Windows & Doors, a leading provider of energy-efficient windows and doors, is seeking a Customer Service Inbound Call Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Inbound Call Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving issues or concerns related to our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Gather, maintain and follow up with customers for positive online reviews.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Suite products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
