This position offers great potential for personal growth and development, and you are required to possess the drive and determination to succeed. **Job responsibilities**: - Understand and document the customer’s needs with detailed notes through the use of a CRM system - Be consistent with the follow-up process and responding to customers’ inquiries in a timely fashion - Evaluate and assess the customer’s credit history, income potential and ability to pay - Discuss various vehicle financing options along with warranty and aftermarket product options - Negotiate with customers and lenders in order to secure the loan approvals and build a successful deal structure that’s based on the customer’s unique circumstances and credit situation - Analyze, prepare and process the automobile finance approvals - Collect all the required supporting documents ahead of time to complete the funding process in a timely manner - Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times - Be compliant with government regulations Qualifications required: - Subprime sales experience would be an asset but not needed - Knowledge and understanding of automotive sales qualification and pre-approval - Knowledge of the used car market segment, familiarity with vehicles available on the market and understanding of automotive market trends - Ability to read, analyze, and fully understand credit reports - Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products - Positive attitude, honesty, and strong work ethics are the must - High school or equivalent education - Ability to pass a criminal record check **Compensation & Perks provided**: - Base Salary plus performance bonus package. - Welcoming and positive working environment - Warm leads provided on a daily basis - Access to major Prime & Subprime Lenders - Flexible working hours - Continuous support and training Administrative Duties: - Scheduling - Answering and routing phone calls Work remotely - No **Job Types**: Part-time, Casual **Salary**: $22.00 per hour Schedule: - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Weekend availability **Experience**: - administrative assistant: 2 years (required)
