Scheduling Manager

Iron Horse Security is now hiring a organized, upbeat, and intelligent, problem-solving Scheduling Manager. This person will report directly to our Director of Operations and our Executive Team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scheduling of 300+ Full-Time and Part-Time Frontline Security Staff
- Communicating with clients to ensure duties, directives and assigned coverage in place **24/7/365**
- Overseeing frontline staff training assignments, Heath & Safety and MOL compliance
- Develop solutions for clients and raise awareness of corporate capabilities in the local market
- Proactively identify and resolve potential concerns / failures in service
- Take initiative daily to improve and ensure total customer satisfaction at all times
- Maintain communications with existing and potential clients
- Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction
- Assist with developing polices and procedures for staff
- Oversee our Mobile services team and assist as required
- Someone that enjoys solving difficult and complex problems, strong attention to detail.
- Will do whatever it takes 24/7 to ensure total client and employee satisfaction

**Qualifications**
- Exceptionally organized
- Ability to obtain security clearance (clean criminal record)
- Great problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of standard business practices
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Advanced computer literacy, with full working knowledge of MS Office

**Assets**
- Educational background in a Law and Security, Private Security, Public Safety, Business, and/or any combination of Scheduling / Client Services related experience.
- Experience in Account Management with mid to large size businesses, Municipal, Provincial and Federal Gov’t agencies and Crown Corporations
- Bilingual in both official languages (English and French)
- Any experience using Scheduling or Client Management software
- Experience in Account Management
- Experience providing employee training / education / oversight
- Overseeing employees in a unionized environment / working under a Collective Agreement
