Ottawa, Canada Stone Design Concepts Full time

**Primary Responsibility**:
The Job Scheduler will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales and Operations departments and will be responsible for gathering all job-related information from the sales department and final customer (where required) and plan the schedule for the Operations team to send out templators to measure the job at the installation site. Aside from other job coordination activities, they will also be responsible for getting customer approval of the final template prior to sending the job forward for production and final installation.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2 years of proven experience in scheduling in the construction, countertop manufacturing or heavy manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the construction and interior design industries in Ottawa is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate multiple schedules, solve schedule conflicts under pressure and understanding the complex manufacturing sequence.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Project Management concepts is preferred. CAPM or PMP would be a great qualification to have.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
