Position Overview We’re hiring aScheduler / Assistant Project Managerto support our project management team. This role involves creating and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating project documentation, and assisting in day-to-day project management tasks. Responsibilities Develop, update, and track project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure schedule accuracy Assist with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes Help manage budgets, timelines, and project documentation Support project closeout and reporting Qualifications Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling or project coordination Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing Proficient with scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) Excellent communication and organization skills Why Work With Us Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities for growth and professional development Supportive team environment with a focus on collaboration and results #J-18808-Ljbffr
