Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
**Salary Range**:$50,000 - $55,000

**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for the preparation and administration of an hourly payroll (bi-weekly) while ensuring accuracy and completeness of timesheets, tickets, etc.
- Compile and prepare payroll related reports before and after each payroll run
- Process terminations including final pays and ROEs
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate information - personnel files
- Respond to enquiries from internal and external sources
- Troubleshoot issues for appropriate resolutions

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have at least one year of experience in payroll full cycle
- Accuracy and speed in data entry an absolute must
- Knowledge of Payroll practices and CRA Legislation
- Must be proficient with Excel and able to grasp new software easily
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Completion or working towards Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) from the National Payroll Institute
