**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage the front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Overseeing and managing daily office operations
- Providing support to staff members
- Controlling and preparing correspondence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Maintaining office supplies
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Develop and manage office budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Implement training programs for office staff to enhance skills and productivity
- Maintain organized filing systems for important documents and records
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in coordinating office activities
- Help manage schedules
- Supervise team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Bookkeeping entries in Quickbooks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on office management
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in bookkeeping and finance, specifically with Quickbooks, is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated capability in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively
