**The Leo's Group is hiring a Marketing Coordinator**
- This is a hybrid position based out of Regina. _

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from PathCowork and your home while supporting a variety of exciting projects across the Leo’s Group brands, including Leopold’s Tavern and Victoria’s Tavern. **Responsibilities**

**Digital Marketing & Analytics**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to evaluate and implement new digital marketing trends.
- Prepare monthly reports analyzing key marketing metrics and provide actionable insights.

**Content Creation**:

- Plan, coordinate, and direct photo shoots for Leopold’s Tavern and Victoria’s Tavern.
- Film and edit engaging TikTok videos onsite at various Leopold’s Tavern locations.
- Update and manage websites for all brands under the Leo’s Group umbrella.

**Customer Experience Tools**:

- Coordinate, update, and process online booking services.
- Manage the eGift card service, including processing refunds, reporting, and running promotions.

**Team Support & Operations**:

- Provide support for the Social Media Manager.
- Assist in onboarding and updating permissions for managers and new employees (Google reviews, website contact forms, ReviewTracker, etc).
- Play a key role in new location openings by supporting marketing-related responsibilities.
- Perform monthly updates for location-specific digital services.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in website management and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.

Pay: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
