We are seeking an organized and proactive Contracts and Marketing Coordinator to manage contract administration and marketing coordination for our office. This role supports eight (8) agents to ensure that all contractual and property transactions are accurate and timely. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
**Contracts Management**

Ø Prepare, review, and manage various contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Ø Communicates with agents regarding missing or deficient items and forward the list of closing contracts and respective registrations.

Ø Responsible for the sale documentation delivery to lawyers and Trust funds.

Ø Register and renew agents with SREC and prepares IC Contracts for new agents.

Ø Track contract lifecycles, ensuring timely renewals or terminations, and manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.

**Marketing Coordination**

Ø Layout and design sales and leasing marketing packages - creating custom maps, site plans and floor plans, editing and adding photography.

Ø Layout and design property site signs/banners/posters, including price quotes and production coordination.

Ø Layout and design for listing/leasing/sales proposals including print, binding, and digital files.

Ø Update and produce property management profile/proposals including print, binding, and digital files.

Ø Layout and maintain signage for property management, including fire plans, lobby directories, etc.

Ø Maintain digital assets and file management.

**Key Competencies**:
Ø Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ø Leadership mentality coupled with ownership and accountability.

Ø Possess a strong understanding of commercial real estate including a broad sense of finance, leasing, legal, and marketing, construction, and the tenant relations requirements of managing a commercial property.

Ø Proficiency with MS Office and other computer databases, such as Canva or InDesign.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
