The Capital Automotive Group is growing This time in our Marketing Department

We are currently seeking a highly motivated & enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Marketing Coordinator is to provide support to the marketing team by effectively managing and coordinating multiple advertising campaigns across all locations and markets. This position will be responsible for partnering with the advertising and media agencies to facilitate successful launch and implementation of marketing strategies. This position will participate in the creative process to ensure all campaigns are executed through the proper channels on time and on budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional material.
- Data entry and analysis.
- Partner with the advertising agency to proof all advertising and promotional materials.
- Launch advertising campaigns and monitor all active campaigns and programs.
- Managing social media strategy for multiple locations.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns.
- Liaising and strengthening relationships with suppliers and clients.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields is an asset.
- Prior experience as a marketing assistant or similar job posts.
- Multi-tasker with good time management skills.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Customer oriented, patient and confident personality.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online tools (Web Analytics, Google Adwords, CRM tools, etc).
- Strong digital marketing experience with social media platforms is an asset.

- 8 hour shift
