At Aryze Design, we offer marketing design memberships and websites for financial advisors & wealth management firms looking to scale their practice. We’re seeking a results-driven strategic Marketing Coordinator who not only understands how to use marketing tools—but knows how to turn them into measurable growth.

You are a marketer first: skilled at developing strategies that boost audience engagement, increase qualified traffic, and improve conversions across digital channels. You can plan, execute, analyze, and refine campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will collaborate closely with our design team to bring marketing concepts to life, providing direction and strategy to ensure visuals support campaign objectives; light design work may be requested occasionally.
- You will analyze performance data to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for optimization.
- You will manage and schedule marketing activities across multiple platforms to maintain consistent and strategic communication.
- You will support administration and project coordination tasks as required to ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- You will manage administration tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to **craft compelling copy** and adapt seamlessly between various marketing platforms and tools, bringing relevant experience with social scheduling, publishing, and Google-based analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing **marketing strategies that increase leads** for our clients + engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in areas such as messaging clarity, brand consistency, and content accuracy.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva, and Figma is considered **an asset** but **not required**; ability to contribute light design work is appreciated.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Use of a MAC OS System Operation.

**Compensation/Benefits**:

- Salary based on applicant’s qualifications and experience.
- Hybrid/Remote working arrangement.
- 15 Days Vacation, Stat Holidays

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday.

**Type of Work**:
Full Time (37.5 hours/week), hybrid position in Regina, Saskatchewan.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s Degree.

**Experience**:
1+ years of experience (required).

**Expected Start Date**:
Within 2 weeks of acceptance.

**Application Process**:
Pay: $21.00-$30.00 per hour
