**About Us**:
Enduro Construction is a Vancouver-based general contractor specializing in commercial tenant improvements—from office overhauls and retail fit-outs to hospitality refreshes and everything in between. Our team is passionate about helping clients reimagine their spaces with quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and efficient project delivery. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us connect with new clients and expand our footprint in the Tenant Improvement space.

**The Role**:
This role is all about building relationships and uncovering opportunities in Vancouver’s vibrant commercial property scene. You’ll play a key role in identifying potential projects, fostering partnerships, and helping to drive sustainable growth for our business.

**What You'll Do**:

- Source new business opportunities in the tenant improvement sector (office, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, commercial real estate brokers, landlords, and designers
- Stay up-to-date on leasing activity and potential tenant turnovers that could signal renovation needs
- Represent the company at industry networking events, site walkthroughs, or virtual meetings
- Work closely with estimating/project teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead to project kickoff
- Contribute to strategy around outreach, brand presence, and long-term partnerships

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations—ideally within construction, commercial real estate, or related industries
- Knowledge of the tenant improvement process and the key players involved is a strong asset
- Strong local network in Vancouver’s commercial property or construction scene is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
