OASES Health Pharmacy’s mission is to re-define pharmacy services and innovative solutions to congregate care living environments by providing consistent, reliable and customizable services under a true partner in care approach and philosophy.
**Overview**
The Business Development Lead is responsible for expanding our service offerings and client base through establishing and nurturing meaningful partnerships with Group Homes, Seniors Living Organizations, Mental Health and Addictions groups as well as Regional Health Authorities. Additionally, this role is expected to work closely with the operations team to ensure the successful onboarding and support for new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of a growth strategy
- Developing deep and trusted relationships with our current partners and key stakeholders within the sectors we operate in
- Act as a liaison for our current clients, coordinating with the operations team on addressing and resolving any service questions or requirements.
- Taking a lead role at tradeshows and other industry events.
- Supporting our corporate culture
**About You**

**Execution**:
- Support the success of the growth of pharmacy operations and pharmacy profitability across the brand in all regions.
- Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy and nursing guidelines and monitor changes to legislation that impact pharmacy services
- Lead and conduct rigorous, data-driven analysis to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance, and ultimately scale.
- Manage and communicate status, risks, and opportunities to your direct supervisor
- Nurture a workplace that is focused on the well-being of the resident/patient/client and ensures that all day-to-day interactions demonstrate our corporate culture
**Responsibilities**:
- Business Development Strategy _
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on Pharmacy services.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform the business development approach
- Relationship Management_
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the groups home, seniors and mental health and addictions space.
- Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
- Represent OASES Health at industry events and conferences.
- Sales and Negotiation_
- Lead sales efforts, from initial contact to contract negotiation and award.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of OASES Health services.
- Negotiate terms and conditions for new business agreements.
- Communicate emerging needs, trends and changes in the market to the Management and Executive Teams.
- Reporting and Analysis_
- Track and report on business development activities and progress.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for immediate supervisor.
**Qualifications**:
- Education & Experience_
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. MBA is considered an asset.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
