The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for all front desk duties at our London and Kitchener locations. The Kitchener office is open Monday and Wednesday, and London is open Tuesday and Thursday.

Duties include answering telephones, checking patients in for appointments, calling clients to book appointments, billing, processing payments, typing reports, and other clerical/ administrative duties as assigned.

The Client Care Coordinator reports to the Client Care Supervisor.

Pay: From $20.59 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Supplemental pay types:

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON
